  If everything fits, we’ll set up your listing, synchronize your calendar (if needed), and get your property online, with professional marketing support.

Important to know
Costa Booking is an exposure platform. We help promote your property, manage guest communication, and send the rental agreement to the guest on your behalf — but we are not the owner and do not take legal responsibility for guest-related damages.

• ​You remain legally responsible for your property.
• We recommend always setting a security deposit — you decide the amount.
• You are free to accept or reject any booking request.

For short-term bookings, everything is handled through the website. This means we transfer the rental amount to you minus our commission. For long-term rentals, the full amount including the security deposit is paid directly to you by the tenant. We will then send you an invoice for our commission.

As soon as there is interest and the tenant confirms, we will immediately forward their contact details to you. It may be useful to apply for a rental license in advance.
